郑州旅游职业学院2017年单独招生实施方案2020-02-27
为贯彻落实《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》(国发〔2014〕19号)、《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》（国发〔2014〕35号）等文件精神，探索符合高等职业教育特点和规律的多样化选拔录取机制，提高高等职业教育人才培养质量，根据《河南省教育厅关于做好2017年高等职业院校单独考试等部分分类考试招生工作的通知》（教学〔2017〕112号），结合我院办学实际，制定本实施方案。一、实施原则落实高等学校招生 “阳光工程”的各项要求，遵循“信息公开、自愿报名、综合评价、择优录取，规范运作”的原则，接受纪检监察、新闻媒体、考生和社会各界的监督。二、组织机构及职责 为保证单独招生改革试点工作的顺利、有序进行，学院成立单独招生工作领导小组和相应的工作机构。（一）单独招生工作领导小组组 长：李书峰、樊豫陇副组长：徐永清、毛 艳、王振超成 员：郑 璇 王庆华 刘亚东 王少华 肖 靖李晓东 张贺玲 孙 权 何蜀川 朱 宇薛国芳 李 俊 李立功职责：全面负责单独招生工作，协调各工作小组开展工作。（二）单独招生工作领导小组下设五个工作组：工作组职责工作标准一、命题考务组组长：王庆华负责单独招生文化科目考试和职业能力测试。1、保证单招考务工作顺利进行；2、考试过程稳定有序；3、确保试卷和考场记录填写完整、密封规范。二、录取工作组组长：王少华负责单独招生考生资格审查及录取相关工作1、考生信息准确；2、完善成绩录入程序；3、单独招生考生的录取。三、宣传工作组组长：刘亚东负责单独招生的宣传和推广1、保证单招期间学院的宣传和推广；2、保证校园网通讯报道及时、全面；四、纪检监察组组长：郑璇负责全程监督单独招生工作，保证单独招生工作的公平、公正、透明，实施“阳光工程”。1、保证单独招生工作环节相关环节纪检人员到位，履职责；2、确保工作程序规范。五、后勤保障组组长：王振超负责考生在我院参加考试期间的后勤保障、安全保卫工作。1、设备调试状态良好；2、保证封闭区域人员食宿；3、车辆准备到位。备注：1、参与单独招生工作的人员，要有高度的政治责任感、组织纪律性，并高度重视、密切协作。2、严格执行回避制度，凡有直系亲属当年报考者不得参与单独招生工作。三、招生对象及条件1、招生对象为已取得参加2017年河南省普通高等学校招生统一考试资格（含参加中职生“对口升学”报名）的考生。2、遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，思想品德优良，身体状况符合《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》的要求，同时还要求无肢体残疾、无传染性疾病、心脏疾病等。四、招生计划序号专业名称学制学费招生计划数（含高中、中专生源）01旅游管理3330036002导游333007003旅行社经营管理333005004景区开发与管理333004005酒店管理3330037006餐饮管理333005007国际邮轮乘务管理336005008旅游英语（国际领队）333005009旅游英语（涉外酒店）333005010应用韩语333004011应用英语333004012商务英语333004013旅游日语333004014空中乘务3360018015民航运输336005016休闲服务与管理333004017高尔夫球运动与管理333003018会展策划与管理333004019环境艺术设计356004020市场营销333007021会计3330011022物流管理333005023电子商务333005024视觉传播设计与制作356004025食品营养与检测333003026烹调工艺与营养（中餐）333005027烹调工艺与营养（西餐）333005028食品加工技术333003029计算机网络技术336005030动漫制作技术336005031数字媒体应用技术（旅游影视包装）336004032游戏设计356004033机械制造与自动化336004034建筑智能化工程技术（酒店工程方向）336003035汽车营销与服务336004036新能源汽车技术3360040总计2440五、报名及志愿填报（一）单招报名2017年3月22日9时至27日18时，考生登录“河南省普通高校招生考试服务平台”（http://pzwb.heao.gov.cn）进行网上单招报名，中职学生可不限类别跨专业填报。考生必须在规定时间内完成志愿填报，填报时间截止后将无法志愿填报。（三）确认报名信息和领取准考证1、学院依据考生报名信息，与河南省招生办结合，对考生报名资格进行审查，于4月5日至7日在学院网站公示通过审查的考生名单（http://www.zztrc.edu.cn）。2、经资格审查后公示的考生，请于4月8日到我院招生就业办事大厅确认报名信息，领取准考证。逾期未进行报名信息确认者取消报名资格。3、确认报名信息时须携带以下资料：（1）现场确认按要求填写专业确认表，并本人签字确认；（2）二代身份证原件及复印件一份（身份证正反两面复印到一张A4纸上）；（3）与高考录取照顾政策加分相关的证书原件及复印件（A4纸）；4、考生提交的材料及填写内容必须准确真实，如有差错或弄虚作假者取消考试资格。六、考试项目及考核方法考试由文化基础考试和职业技能测试两部分组成，按普通高中和中等职业学校两种类型安排考试及考核内容。普通高中考生（一）文化基础考试 1、考试内容：语文、数学、英语大综合；2、考试方式：闭卷笔试；3、试卷分值：150分（语、数、英各50分）；4、考试时间：4月9日9：00--11：00。（二）职业适应性测试1、测试内容：考核主要考察考生的语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力、社会观察能力、分析和解决现实问题能力、职业潜能等；2、测试方式：面试；3、测试分值：总分150分；4、测试时间：4月9日13：00开始。中职学生（一）文化基础考试1、考试内容：语文、数学、英语大综合；2、考试方式：闭卷笔试；3、试卷分值：120分（语、数、英各40分）；4、考试时间：4月9日9：00--11：00。（二）职业技能测试1、测试内容：考核主要考察考生的语言表达能力、创新思维能力、分析和解决问题能力、职业素养、专业技能测试等；2、测试方式：形式为技能测试或面试；3、测试分值：总分180分；4、测试时间：4月9日13：00开始。七、录取办法录取工作在河南省招生办公室领导下，由学院组织录取。（一）录取原则1、考生成绩由考核成绩（考核成绩为文化基础考试成绩与职业技能测试成绩之和）、照顾政策加分和专业技能加分三部分组成，三项成绩相加即为录取总分。2、高中生源考生与中职生源考生按招生计划分别进行录取。分专业划定录取控制分数线，录取依照“分数优先、遵循志愿”的原则，按录取总分从高到低择优录取，录满为止。同分的考生按职业技能测试成绩、文化基础考试成绩（同分按语文成绩、数学成绩、英语成绩）进行排序。3、单独招生录取照顾政策加分，按2017年河南省招生办公室照顾加分政策执行。4、专业技能加分如考生有以下几种情况的，可参照我院各专业录取具体要求，持相应的证明原件和复印件向学院提出申请，经学院招生工作领导小组审核后，根据各专业加分规定给予一定的加分。（1）持有市级及以上技能或知识竞赛获奖证书者。（2）持有和报考专业有关的职业资格证书者。（二）录取流程学院根据录取原则确定预录取名单，报学院单独招生工作领导小组审核、批准，并上报河南省教育厅和河南省招生办公室审批、备案。4月14日起预录取学生名单在我院网站公布（）。八、报到和复查1、考生录取后按新生报到须知相关要求到校报到。2、新生入校后，按照河南省教育厅的统一部署对新生进行资格复查。对在报名和考核过程中有弄虚作假或其他违纪违规行为的考生、身体条件不符合要求的考生、冒名顶替的考生将取消其入学资格或学籍。九、单独招生工作时间安排时 间工作内容3月22日-3月27日考生登陆“河南省普通高校招生考试服务平台”（http://pzwb.heao.gov.cn）进行网上报名4月3日学院到省招办提取单招报名考生信息，进行资格审查4月5日-4月7日在学院网站公布参加单招考试的考生名单4月8日考生到学院招生就业办进行现场确认、领取准考证4月9日文化科目与职业能力测试4月14日-21日在学院网站公布预录取结果4月24日起上报河南省招生办审核，发放录取通知书9月初入学报到十、相关政策已被我院单独招生录取的考生，不再参加河南省2017年高招考试，也不能被其它高校录取；考生录取后不能转入其他学校；未被我院单独招生录取的考生，可以继续参加河南省2017年高考；考生被我院录取后，享受与普通高校统一招生考试录取的新生相同待遇。十一、违规处理凡在单独招生中违规的考生及工作人员，按教育部令第18号《国家教育考试违规处理办法》处理。考生的违规情况将报省招生办公室，记入高考诚信档案。十二、未尽事宜由学院单独招生工作领导小组研究并报省招生办公室批准确定。十三、学院联系方式学院地址：郑州市豫英路1号（航海东路与豫英路交叉口向北200米）联系电话：0371-68271919 68271973 60658829乘车路线：从火车站乘38、B17路，其他地点可乘B1、B16、46、129、307路，到航海东路陈家门站下车。学院网址：http://www.zztrc.edu.cn详情

　　一、考试目标　　一要测试考生基本语言文化素养，二要服务考生的专业学习，三要考查考生终身发展的潜力，选拔出真正适合我院高职教育的优秀考生。　　二、能力要求　　主要测试语文识记、理解、分析综合、表达应用四种能力。　　三、考试内容与考核要求　　(一)语言基础知识和语言表达　　1.汉字：能识记现代汉语普通话的常见字的字音和字形。　　2.词语：正确使用常见词语(包括实词、虚词)。　　3.句子：重点是辨析病句。　　4.正确使用标点符号。　　5.鉴别常见修辞手法：比喻、借代、夸张、设问、反问、排比、对偶等。　　(二)文学常识　　1.识记中国重要作家及其时代和代表作。　　2.了解诗歌、散文、小说、戏剧的基本特点。　　(三)现代文阅读　　1.理解文中重要词语和句子的含义，筛选文中的信息。　　2.概括文章的基本观点或文章主旨。　　(四)写作　　能写一般性的议论文和记叙文。　　写作要求：　　1.议论文要求观点正确、论据充分、论证严密。　　2.记叙文要求突出记叙要素，情节合理。　　3.文章要符合题意，中心明确，内容充实，结构完整。　　4.文章的语言流畅、感情真实、书写正确，字迹工整。　　四、考试形式与试卷结构　　(一)答卷方式：闭卷、笔试。　　(二)试卷题型：单项选择题、填空题、现代文阅读理解题和写作题。　　(三)分值：高中类满分50分，中职类满分40分。详情
